This page explains the position of House Alchemy Pro in plain terms. Read it in full, or use the section list to jump to the part you need. Questions about anything written here can be sent through our contact page.
01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing the House Alchemy Pro website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, or engaging with any of our renovation and home improvement services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. These terms establish the general conditions governing your interaction with our website and services. Individual projects may also be subject to a separate written proposal, quotation, scope of work, or service agreement containing additional requirements.
02 Website Use
Our website is provided to help visitors learn about renovation services, explore potential project solutions, and communicate with our team. You agree to use the website only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with website operations, gain unauthorized access to systems, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent information, or use website content in a manner that could harm House Alchemy Pro or other users.
03 Service Information
Information presented on our website may include descriptions of renovation, remodeling, design, installation, improvement, and related services. Website content is provided for general guidance and may not represent the exact scope, materials, pricing, specifications, or results of an individual project. Photographs and project examples are illustrative and actual results may vary depending on property conditions, selections, measurements, availability, design requirements, and other circumstances.
04 Consultations and Project Requests
Submitting a contact form or consultation request does not automatically create a contract between you and House Alchemy Pro. Initial discussions are intended to help us understand your requirements and determine whether our services may be suitable for your project. A formal project relationship begins only when the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, or other authorization has been accepted according to the requirements communicated to you.
05 Estimates and Pricing
Any preliminary pricing or estimates provided before a project is fully assessed are subject to confirmation. Costs may change after measurements, inspections, design development, material selection, structural review, or discovery of conditions that were not reasonably visible during an initial assessment. The final price, payment schedule, included services, exclusions, and other commercial terms will be determined by the applicable written project documentation.
06 Scope of Work
House Alchemy Pro will perform the services specifically identified in the approved project scope. Requests for additional rooms, materials, installations, design changes, repairs, upgrades, or other work outside the original scope may require additional approval and charges. Changes to an approved project may also affect the expected completion schedule. Where reasonably possible, material changes will be documented before additional work proceeds.
07 Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information about the property and project requirements and to provide reasonable access to areas where authorized work is scheduled. You should inform our team about known property conditions, access restrictions, existing damage, hazardous conditions, or other circumstances that may affect the project. Timely decisions regarding materials, finishes, fixtures, layouts, and other selections are also important to maintaining an efficient project schedule.
08 Existing Property Conditions
Renovation work may reveal conditions that cannot be identified before walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, or other areas are opened. These conditions may include outdated wiring, damaged plumbing, moisture, structural concerns, concealed deterioration, unsuitable surfaces, or other unexpected issues. When such conditions are discovered, additional investigation or corrective work may be necessary. Any resulting changes to scope, pricing, or scheduling will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.
09 Materials and Product Availability
Renovation projects may depend on the availability of materials, fixtures, appliances, finishes, hardware, and other products. Manufacturers and suppliers may discontinue products, change specifications, experience shortages, or experience delivery delays. If an approved product becomes unavailable, an alternative may be discussed with the client. Where a substitution materially affects the project, appropriate approval may be required before proceeding.
10 Scheduling and Delays
Renovation schedules are influenced by many factors and any projected completion date should be understood as an anticipated timeframe unless a specific commitment has been expressly provided in writing. Delays may result from material availability, weather, inspections, permitting, subcontractor coordination, site conditions, client decisions, supplier issues, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Such circumstances may require adjustments to the project schedule.
11 Permits and Approvals
Certain renovation or construction activities may require permits, inspections, professional approvals, engineering documents, or other authorizations. Responsibility for obtaining or coordinating these requirements will depend on the nature of the project and the terms of the applicable agreement. Clients agree to provide reasonable cooperation when information, signatures, property access, or other assistance is required for an authorized project to proceed.
12 Payments
Deposits, progress payments, project balances, and other financial obligations will be established in the applicable quotation or service agreement. Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule. Additional work or approved project changes may result in additional charges. If an applicable payment becomes overdue, work may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled to the extent permitted by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
13 Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be communicated as soon as possible. The financial and scheduling consequences of cancellation may depend on the stage of the project, work already completed, materials purchased, design services performed, permits obtained, labor commitments, or other costs already incurred. Any cancellation rights or applicable charges specifically stated in an individual project agreement will take precedence for that project.
14 Workmanship and Warranty
Where House Alchemy Pro provides a written workmanship warranty, the duration, scope, exclusions, and claim procedures will be governed by the applicable warranty documentation or project agreement. Warranty coverage may not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, accidents, improper maintenance, ordinary wear, or conditions unrelated to the covered workmanship. Products supplied by manufacturers may carry separate warranties subject to the manufacturer's own terms.
15 Safety and Work Areas
Active renovation areas may contain tools, equipment, construction materials, dust, debris, temporary barriers, noise, or other ordinary project hazards. Clients, occupants, visitors, children, and pets should remain away from restricted work areas unless permission has been provided by the project team. We may restrict access to certain portions of a property when necessary to support safe and orderly completion of authorized work.
16 Intellectual Property
Content displayed on the House Alchemy Pro website, including written material, photographs, graphics, branding, design concepts, layouts, and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless written permission has been provided, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially reuse our protected content. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific drawings or design materials will be determined by the applicable project agreement.
17 Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve independent suppliers, manufacturers, specialists, inspectors, engineers, designers, or other third parties. Third-party services and products may be subject to separate terms, warranties, availability, and limitations. Where a matter is controlled exclusively by an independent third party, House Alchemy Pro's responsibility will be determined by the applicable agreement and the circumstances of the matter.
18 Limitation of Liability
House Alchemy Pro will make reasonable efforts to provide agreed services in accordance with the applicable project documentation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions, unauthorized modifications, misuse of completed work, third-party actions, delays beyond reasonable control, or circumstances outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19 Resolving Concerns
If you have a concern regarding a project, invoice, schedule, workmanship, materials, communication, or another service matter, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Providing relevant details allows the issue to be reviewed and addressed efficiently. Where an individual project agreement contains a specific procedure for resolving disputes or service concerns, that procedure will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20 Changes to These Terms
House Alchemy Pro may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements. Updated terms may be published on this website and will apply from the stated effective date. Project-specific agreements that have already been accepted will continue to be governed by their own terms where those terms differ from a later general website update.
21 Contact
